We were put in the old Clarridge Tower, I was afraid to leave room to get on elevator .. had frightening experience ... did not feel safe in that area of the hotel ... the other more modern towers seem to have better security and surroundings ... they offered us a free night in the future to come back ... would never stay in that tower ever again. ...read more

Food was decent, but expensive.

Hotel room floors were stained, bathroom was run down with rust, floor by window was soaking wet. Casino is run down, gambling tables are dirty. Would never stay here again.

The bell captain's staff was very helpful and kind.

The room.

Bally's really needs to remodel the Clarridge section for the hotel. After spending my first night the Trump Taj they were a huge disappointment.
